Aurora was VBC’s first-ever Cold-style West Coast IPA. Brewed with piney Chinook & floral Simcoe hops — cold-fermented with Lager yeast — and finished with a late dry-hop featuring juicy Citra to allow the hop-forward focus of the style to shine through.

Leaning towards the West Coast family of India Pale Ales – but featuring additions of Honey Malt that help showcase a dry & crisp twist frosted with potent lupulin-forward characteristics that thaw directly into a refreshing, clean finish.
