This tiny recipe has all the complex phenols & spice notes of a traditional rustic Farmhouse Ale, but is brewed in the low alcohol style of a sessionable Table Beer. A surprisingly prominent nose of warm cloves is quickly followed by sweet bready notes and a crisp, clean finish.
