This XPA recipe was written with a double dynamic duo of Pilsner + Honey malt and Mosaic + El Dorado hops. Adding our own unique twist, Abstrax ELD Quantum Brite aroma extract (derived from Roy Farms El Dorado hops) was added in the finishing tank to add an abundance of fresh hop notes. Crisp(er) with just a hint of a bite, and sessionable with a pleasingly sweet finish.
