IPA brewed with an overserving of Citra, Riwaka, & Azacca
Fluffy like marshmallow topping, thanks to copious amounts of Pilsner malt and Southwest Virginia grown Appalachain Grains barley (malted by our friends at Riverbend Malt House), then topped off with heaping helpings of hops on hops on hops.
Brewed with a snack attack of Azacca…and a late night plate of Riwaka & Citra in the dry-hop. An ambrosia of fruit salad, with just a touch of tropical on top.
