It’s the IPA we deserve, just not the one we expected. 

This West Coast-Style IPA was brewed with Lager yeast for an incredibly clean finish.

An old school style with some modern twists. Columbus in the boil. Azacca & Nectaron in the whirlpool. Checks notes…and apparently, Nectaron & Mosaic HyperBoost™ in the dry-hop.

A recipe that drinks like a Cold IPA (Lager yeast) met a West Coast Pilsner (100% Pilsner malt), it’s a blend of balanced bitterness and liquid lupulin notes.

TBH the dry-hop was a happy accident (like your little brother)! But just like little bro, we’re not mad about it.
