Jot That Down
Philadelphia-Style Double IPA
Jot That Down is a Philadelphia-style Double India Pale Ale dry-hopped with Falconer’s Flight + Sitiva hops.
Brewed at 9 am on a Wednesday, after a long discussion amongst the brewers as to who was responsible for cleaning the kegs. As the kegs had not been cleaned because all of the brewers claimed they were responsible for other tasks, the gang brewed this DIPA instead.
Like sweet karate moves in your mouth, this 8.0% abv recipe is dry-hopped with Falconer’s Flight (notes of lime zest) and Sitiva (flavors of passion fruit). The result is soft, slightly dank, liquid kitten mittens for your palate.
Upon further analyzation this recipe may not make you an award-winning actress or an expert in Bird Law, but it doesn’t take an Ivy League degree to realize that cracking open a can makes things far sunnier than all of that “Charlie Work” on your plate.
Pay the troll toll; enjoy a round with your gang; then rock, flag and eagle.
