We love it when a good plan comes together, and Party Guy is the result of some thoughtful planning by our Brewing Team.

This recipe was inspired by a parti-gyle brewing technique, with a base made up of the second runnings from a batch of a much larger dark beer.

Rather than the boozy high gravity release from which this recipe was initially spawned, Party Guy is a sessionable English-style Dark Mild Ale.

Medium-bodied and properly carbonated, with sweet coffee notes on the finish. And a good reminder that sometimes it’s a marathon, not a sprint!
