This West Coast-Style IPA was brewed with Lager yeast for an incredibly clean finish (not unlike the ending of your favorite clam shell clad Disney video).

Like making the move from Beta to VHS, this is an old school style with some modern twists. Columbus in the boil. Azacca & Nectaron in the whirlpool. Nelson in the dry-hop.

A recipe that drinks like a Cold IPA (Lager yeast) met a West Coast Pilsner (100% Pilsner malt), it’s a blockbuster blend of balanced bitterness and liquid lupulin notes.

You’re going to want to be kind and rewind this one. For nostalgia’s sake.
