Provisional Kölsch is a sessionable German-Style Kölsch Ale brewed with a touch of refreshing Adeena (ADHA-1940) hops. This crisp, flaxen sipper is a “year round adjacent” for us, as it’s regularly brewed on our small scale pilot brewery.
