This Thursday we’re proud to welcome back our friends from Real People Educating Others for the 3rd annual release of Community Over Competition! This year’s recipe is a Boysenberry & Passionfruit Sour. A portion of proceeds from can sales will be donated back to RPEO to support their mission to serve socioeconomically underserved young adults in our community.
The founders of RPEO will be with us on Thursday, 7/31 from 4:30-6:30 pm so you can learn more more about their organization. Please consider bringing backpacks and school supplies with you to support the Annual RPEO + VBC Backpack & School Supplies Drive. All items dropped off during the summer vacay will make you eligible to win a $100 VBC gift card. All donated items will be distributed to kids in our community at RPEO’s annual back-to-school community day on 8/23 at Lafayette High School.
This Thursday, 7/31: come for the can release, then stick around for SpeedQuizzing (starting at 6:30 pm) and a bite by Bald Guys Pies. It’s going to be the start of a great week here in The Edge District!
