International Hype Units (IHUs) are the internationally agreed-upon standard for measuring hype levels in beer.

The scale is only moderately useful as the perception of hype changes from bot to bot. IHUs are measured in parts per million on a scale from zero to infinity. Technically speaking there is no limit on hype.

Combine completely absurd dry-hopping rates with seven additional, unnecessary adjuncts and put it in a can with 90’s video game artwork and a totally unrelated text blurb and the beer is soaring off the charts!

This beer is hyped with seizure-inducing bubble letters, tons of confusing colors, yeast found in a Norwegian boathouse, and a VIP-level of lbs per barrel ratio of Citra, BRU-1, and Azacca.
