The inaugural Paws in the Air event is on Saturday, Sept. 30 from 2 – 5 PM. It will be held at Legacy Hall in New Town Williamsburg. The event will feature food, beer, wine, a silent auction, raffles, live music, community vendors, and more! Don’t miss this opportunity to make a difference in homeless pets’ lives and have a great time doing it. We hope to see you there.
Your ticket includes admission to the event, a lunch platter provided by Matchsticks BBQ Co (with vegetarian options), 2 drink tickets (wine and beer will be available), and 1 raffle ticket.
All proceeds from the event support our McDuff Endowment Fund at The Heritage Humane Society.
McDuff Endowment Fund:
The McDuff Endowment Fund is a restricted fund that provides a safety net for the medical needs of homeless pets at The Heritage Humane Society. By making a gift to the McDuff Fund, you’re ensuring that the lifesaving mission of Greater Williamsburg’s largest shelter continues for many years to come.

Food & Drinks:
The Matchsticks BBQ Co. food truck will be there. Your ticket includes a sandwich and a side. Sandwich options: jackfruit (vegetarian) and pulled pork. Side options: mac and cheese (vegetarian), baked beans, and coleslaw (vegetarian). Matchsticks will have additional items for sale at their truck for an additional price.
There will be wine and beer available. Your ticket includes 2 drink vouchers. Additional drinks can be purchased. You must be 21 years or older to attend this event.
Music:
Make sure to bring your dancing shoes. Identity Crisis will be performing live.
