Here at The Virginia Beer Company, we’re all about the beers & cheers…so when our brethren from The Craic Irish Pub & Lounge in New York reached out about teaming up, we couldn’t have come up with a better theme than the one staring at us over the top of a freshly poured proper pint.
What’s The Craic? is a traditional Irish way of inquiring about what’s good, and fittingly it’s the name of our collaboration with The Craic!
Meant to inspire the great company, grand times, and lively conversation (aka, the craic) enjoyed daily at 488 Driggs Avenue in Brooklyn, this Dry Irish Stout release is also meant to evoke the rich history that inspired the founding of one of New York’s premier Irish public houses.
This 4.2% abv recipe is replete with notes of coffee, bittersweet chocolate, and a subtly smoky finish. Traditional pours of this Dry Irish Stout from the Nitro tap add layers of smooth creaminess to your forthcoming cheers.
Divil a bit? We think not. When you’re sharing a round with us, it’s all about good craic and great beer. Sláinte!
