✔️Hiring is underway. We’re hosting interviews and starting to fill out 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕂𝕚𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕟’s opening day team.
✔️Taps are in and we’re putting the final touches on the bar menu this week.
✔️Kitchen commissioning is almost complete, and we start cooking next week (brewpub menu reveal on the way).
✔️We have our final inspections in the coming days. Zoning, Agriculture, Health, ABC, oh my!
✖️The only lingering holdup is the ongoing saga of getting final approval to commence with the exterior site work…on the bright side: this isn’t going to hold us up from opening. It’s winter so we’ll just plan to have a grand unveiling of the outdoor beer garden when it’s spring.
⭕All in all, we’re pretty darn close and feeling pretty darn good…so we’re fully expecting to be open at 7120 GW Memorial Highway by the end of the month! That’s soon and we’ll formally confirm the date as soon as we’re cleared to do so in the coming days.
