𝙎𝙤…𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣? Our team has been working diligently on numerous projects behind the scenes. There’s a ton of logistics involved in taking over a property like 7120 GWM Highway. Plus it’s our first-ever expansion, so planning for our vision for the space is something that we’re undertaking very meticulously.
𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒔? 𝑳𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕? Inspection/installation of brewing equipment, service equipment, and kitchen equipment. Not to mention TTB & ABC licensing! We’re also getting super close to finalizing plans with our design team for the layout/vibe of the seating and social areas, both inside & outside.
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩? Once we get some consistent warm & dry weather, you’ll start seeing more public-facing site work completed. In fact, the parking lot was recently graded…and paving should be underway next! As we get the brewhouse and kitchen commissioned, we can start prepping (and sharing) recipe development for beers + bites too.
𝑨𝒏𝒚 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒏𝒆𝒘𝒔? As we finish tidying up this necessary background work, we’ll be pivoting that bandwidth to providing more regular updates on our social feeds and website. When we finalize plans for the layout we’ll share some mock-ups (and soon there will be a new series of brewpub social feeds to follow for updates as well). We are still aiming for a late spring opening — as soon as the date is set, we promise we’ll be sharing it.
