Your eyes do not deceive you! 👀 Paving has commenced at our future brewpub location at 7120 GW Memorial Highway. We’ve been finalizing plans with our GC’s & design teams, and with warm weather (hopefully) here to stay you’ll be seeing a lot more work going on at this site. And that means we’ll have a plethora of additional plans to share soon…inside plans, outside plans, bar plans, food plans, opening plans, oh my!
As you feast your 👀 on this fresh asphalt, here are few answers to our most asked after questions:
~𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧? NO! We’re proud to be opening our second location in York County, and we can’t wait to build synergy across YC with one brewery in Williamsburg and a new brewpub in Yorktown.
~𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐩𝐮𝐛? Our new location will be an operating brewery…but it will also feature a fully operational kitchen (FOODS!)…and because it has a kitchen, we can also offer a full bar (ciders, wines, seltzers, oh my)!
~𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧, 𝐞𝐡…𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝? We are developing an eclectic upscale pub menu, and will look forward to sharing some sneak peaks soon! If you have any cravings, let us know so we can do our best to plan accordingly.
~𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜? You bet! We love hosting talented music makers in Williamsburg, and that will be no different in Yorktown. We’re not booking quite yet, but as soon as we are we’ll ask for rec’s for some of your fave artists & bands!
~𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠? Not yet…but SOON! We will post openings for kitchen roles, bar roles, and all roles on our website and social media channels when they are available.
~𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧? We are zeroing in on a formal opening timeline. A lot of work has been going on behind the scenes to take over the space, get our licensing in place, commission the brewing & kitchen equipment, and design a venue/menu that will be worth the wait. Now we finally get to look forward to the next steps: build, brew, & cook…which means this timeline is shortening and we will be able to share final opening plans sooner than later!
