Hop Culture Names Evil Santa as a Top Beer for Winter
The holidays may have come & gone, but if you’re holding on to your last few cans of our seasonal Spiced Milk Stout we’re here to remind you that it makes for the perfect winter warmer during the cold months to come. Just ask our friends from Hop Culture, who named Evil Santa as one of their Top 20 Best Beers to Drink in Winter!
The combination of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, & Allspice makes this 7.0% abv Milk Stout a spiced sipper that can be enjoyed on the 12th Day of Christmas or any cold night in the weeks to come. We could all use a little more holiday cheer right now, so we hope Evil Santa lights up your winter like it does ours.
Repost from Hop Culture:
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Why is that? Well, in addition to naming our favorite breweries of the year and the best beers of the year, we also get to crack open some cold-weather beers and write our annual best winter beers piece. During the days when we rarely see the sun, darker beers are what keep us warm. This includes styles like stouts, porters, and rich, fruity farmhouse ales. But of course, we always love to let a hazy IPA or lager creep in here, too. Just because hops don’t like the cold doesn’t mean you still can’t enjoy them! Let us know which one you need to try this season ❄️
